By accessing or purchasing from MAITY DIGITAL STORE (the "Store"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed under an incorrect price with a full refund.

2. Reservations and payment

MAITY DIGITAL STORE is an in-store pickup business. Items reserved online are held for you to collect at our Sonarpur store. Payment is accepted at pickup via UPI, cards, or cash. Ownership passes to you at handover.

3. Warranty

All electronic goods carry the manufacturer's warranty. The Store facilitates service but is not the primary warranty provider unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Pickup

Reserved items are typically held for 48 hours. Please confirm your pickup slot on WhatsApp; unclaimed reservations may be released after the hold window.

5. Intellectual property

All logos, brand names, product images, and site content are property of their respective owners. Reuse without written permission is not allowed.

6. Limitation of liability

The Store's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
