Return & Refund Policy

1. Return window

Return or replacement requests are accepted within 7 days of pickup for eligible products in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and the invoice.

2. Eligible reasons

  • Product found damaged or defective at pickup or within the return window.
  • Wrong item handed over or major difference from description.
  • Manufacturing defect covered under standard warranty.

3. Non-returnable items

  • Items marked "no return" on the product page.
  • Products with tampered seals, physical damage, or missing accessories.
  • Consumables like memory cards, headphones with used seal, and personal-use accessories once opened.

4. Refund timeline

Once the returned item passes quality check, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. UPI/Card refunds usually reflect within 5–7 business days.

5. Warranty claims

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Claims after the 7-day return window are handled by the brand's authorised service centre. We assist you in raising the claim.
