1. Sourcing

Every product we sell is sourced from the brand's authorised national distributor or a certified importer. We do not accept parallel-imported or refurbished stock without a clear label.

2. Authenticity guarantee

All products carry their original sealed box, IMEI/serial number, and warranty card. If a product is found not genuine, we replace it or refund in full — no questions asked.

3. Warranty support

Warranty is provided directly by the brand's authorised service centre. We help you initiate the claim, provide the original invoice, and follow up until the claim is closed.

4. Trademarks and imagery

All brand names, logos, and product photos remain the property of their respective owners. They are used on this site solely to identify the products we sell.

5. Brand partnership requests

6. Counterfeit reporting
